1 c. white corn syrup
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water
1 12 oz. pkg. raw Spanish nuts
2 T. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup ,sugar and water in medium saucepan and cook slowly to 230º F. Add peanuts and cook until it reaches 300º F. remove from heat. Stir in butter ,vanilla, soda and salt all at once, stir until blended. Pour our on well buttered metal pan. Pull to desired thickness.
