1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 3/4 c. sugar
12 large marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1-12 oz. bag cherry chips
1 12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter chips
1 lb. Spanish peanuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine vanilla, milk, sugar, marshmallows and butter; boil just 5 minutes. Add cherry chips and stir to melt. Spread evenly in a jelly roll pan. In another saucepan melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and stir in the Spanish nuts. Spread evenly over cherry layer. Cover and chill until solid. Option: Make 1 1/2 batches of chocolate layer and divide in half and sandwich the cherry layer between.
