8 c. water
1-2 double link Slotkowski Polish sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
8 hard-boiled eggs (we use colored Easter eggs)
1 jar fresh horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sausage and water over medium heat until sausage is done, about 1/2 hour. Remove sausage; set aside.
Add to water the salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Use a shaker add milk and flour (a glass jar with a lid works well. Shake vigorously until smooth, then add it to the boiling water, stirring constantly.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Use individual soup bowls. Into each bowl, chop about 2-3 inch section of sausage, 2 hard-boiled eggs, and 2 ladles of sauce with horseradish, salt, and pepper to taste. (2-3 tsp.of horseradish if you want to clear sinuses!)
