4 lb Pork Loin Roast
1 lb dried Pinto Beans, soaked overnight
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 T. Chili Powder
1 T. Cumin
1 t. Oregano
8 oz (at least), Green Chile, chopped
1 T. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in Large pan or Crock Pot. Add Water. Bake for 6 hrs on low heat, and increase by 2 hrs for crock pot. Check for tenderness. Shred meat. Serve in a pile up with cheese, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, salsa, sour cream, olives, and crushed tortilla chips.
