1 package stew meat
1 package fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
1/2 cup celery
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic
water
4-6 teaspoons beef bullion
1 package onion soup mix
Worscheshire sauce
5-6 large potatoes
5-6 large carrots
1 bag frozen sugar snap peas

Mix meat in dutch oven with oil, onions and celery. Brown meat. Deglaze with 1 cup of water. Add mushroom, garlic, salt and pepper. Fill with water. Add beef bullion and soup mix. Boil for 2 hours. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until soft. Add one package of frozen sugar snap peas and 4-6 tablespoons flour mixed with water. Cook until thick. Add four shakes Worscheshire sauce. Stir.
