1 (1 1/2 lb.) round steak
1 large onion, sliced
Sprinkle of paprika
1 large bell pepper, cut in thin strips
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Garlic salt to taste
1/4 cup water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can low sodium beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
Cooked rice or buttered noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Pound the round steak and cut into 1/4" strips. Sprinkle with paprika. Brown the meat in butter, add garlic salt and beef broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Cut onion and pepper into strips and add to the meat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce and add to meat mixture. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly. Serve over rice or noodles
