1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup AP flour
1/2 pint (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup milk
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
2 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F. Whip cream about half way with a hand mixer. Add the sugar, flour, and milk to the whipped cream and combine. Pour into the pie shell. Dot with butter bits all around the top of the pie. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 10 minutes and then reduce the oven heat to 350º F and bake for approximately 30 more minutes. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
(*If using a glass pie dish, reduce the oven temp by 25º F.)
