3/4 cup graham crackers, finely crushed
4 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup AP flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup ground pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 packages (12 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp. brandy or milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a 9"x13" baking pan. In a small saucepan, melt butter until it is the color of light brown sugar. Remove from heat and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, flour, coconut, pecans and 1/4 cup of sugar. Stir in the butter until combined. Evenly press mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 2/3 cups of sugar until combined. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat until combined. Pour the mixture over the hot crust. Sprinkle with the blueberries.
Bake 18-20 minutes or until the center is set. Cool on a rack. Cover and refrigerate. Cut into bars and serve.
