8-10 lb. potatoes
8 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery

dressing:
4 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on in salted water until tender. Cool in cold water and peel while warm. Cube potatoes and add remaining ingredients. Set aside. Combine dressing ingredients then add to potato mix.
