1 finely chopped onion
1 cup celery chopped
1 stick of butter
1 lb. sausage (tube)
1 bag of bread crumbs or 12-15 slices of bread (toasted and broken up)
1 or 2 bouillon cubes
1 or 2 cups of boiling water
sage
poultry seasoning
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter in fry pan.
In separate pan brown sausage broken in little pieces.
In a big bowl put both mixtures in and add spices to your taste. Stir together

In a bowl make chicken bouillon with one cup of water for each cube
Add chicken bouillon mix a little a time by stirring in to moisten mixture.

Stuff turkey with stuffing gently. Place rest of dressing in casserole dish to bake later,
Heat dressing at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes.

i buy Jimmy Dean's hot sausage but that is my family's taste. You can double ingredients for more stuffing.
