2 T. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sliced and peeled apples

topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients then add apples. Pour mixture into unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400º then reduce heat to 350º and bake an additional 30 minutes. While baking prepare crumbs for topping.
Topping: combine all the topping ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle over hot pie and return to oven. Bake 10 additional minutes at 350º.
Pie is best if allowed to stand overnight before serving. Store refrigerator after it cools. remove an hour before serving.
