Ingredients: frozen dinner rolls, rise and bake, like "Parker House" or "Rhodes" rolls 6 tbsp butter 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning) 1tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp kosher salt 3/4 cup grated Parmesan-pecarino cheese

Directions: |
Directions:Spray your Bundt Pan. Place frozen dough into a large bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave. Watch it carefully, you want the butter to melt, but not be boiling hot. Toss all the ingredients into the bowl with the frozen dough. Mix well. Very, very well coated is the goal. Place coated dough pieces in the bunt pan. Just put them in every which way but loose. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a warm spot. Dough will almost double in size. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until dough begins to brown the way you like it. Turn out of the bundt pan immediately and turn upright onto your serving plate. Serve warm. |

Notes: Try some of your own variations with peperoni and serve pizza style, different seasonings for a dipping bread with infused olive oils, or dried fruits for a sweet bread. What fun it is to play with your food! Don’t count on people being able to stop after 1 roll.
