3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup half & half
2 lbs ground chuck (beef)
3/4 lb bulk sausage
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º. Add all vegetables to melted hot butter and cook for 10 minutes and chill. Combine spices, eggs, ketchup, half & half and blend. Add chilled vegetables to meat mixture and add bread crumbs, mix and shape. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
