Pie Filling:
2 and 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour

Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Peel and slice peaches. Mix peaches with other filling ingredients and pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake for about 30 minutes until pie is slightly brown. While pie bakes, make topping.

Blend butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon with a pastry cutter, until the size of small peas. Sprinkle topping over top of pie and bake 15 minutes longer. Cool completely before serving.
