1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 cup minced onion
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and ginger in large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Heat oil and butter in skillet. Add meatballs brown on all sides.
Add beef broth. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or till done.
Prepare Sesame sour cream sauce. Put hot meatballs in serving bowl. Top with sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on.

Sour Cream Sesame Sauce
Melt 2 tbps. butter in small saucepan. Blend 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp ginger, and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook. Add 1/2 cup beef broth and cook until thick. Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. sesame seeds. Remove from heat pour into small bowl. Add 3/4 cup sour cream stir until smooth. Serve on meatballs.
