1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Additional confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Combine the flour and salt; ad to creamed mixture. Sir in pecans. Chill. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm. Cool; roll in sugar again.
