1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp.vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
65 Andes mints (small)

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375º

mix butter and sugar add eggs one at a time add vanilla combine flour,baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamy mixture, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

With floured hands shape 1 T dough around candies forming rectangular cookies. bake 10 - 12 minutes
