1 pkg (10-11 oz) Butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)
2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs, finely crushed
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Heat butterscotch chips and butter in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until melted, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add graham cracker crumbs and set aside 2/3 cup. Press remaining mixture into greased 13x9 baking pan.

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened milk, egg and vanilla, and mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Store in fridge.

**Favorite** I got this from a Taste of Home magazine years ago, and it is such a good recipe I had to write it down so I wouldn't lose track of it - again. I can't tell you how many times I lost the magazine and couldn't remember what edition it came from!
