1 large pineapple
Strawberries
Bananas
Snack Crackers (I use TownHouse)
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup light brown sugar
12 soft macaroons, crushed up fine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, brown sugar and macaroons. Mix well and chill for 3 hours. Hollow out pineapple, cut up into chunks. Cut up fruit for dipping, place on platter. Fill pineapple with the sour cream mixture (just for aesthetics only).

One of my personal favorites; very good in the summer time when you crave fresh fruit! The dip will surprise you - it is wonderful! I got this recipe from my high school best friend, Lisa. Dustin and Tiffany really liked it.
