12 potatoes (mashed)
1 can corn, drained
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 can beef gravy
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in a fry pan.
In a casserole dish put hamburger mixture on bottom.
Next put can of corn on top
Place mashed potatoes on top.
Bake at 350º for one hour.
Cover first half hour- uncover next half hour, place butter on top to brown
Pour gravy over serving if desired.
Also you place a can of tomato soup over hamburger mixture before cooking.
Also you can instead of beef gravy, to add liquid to beef mixture, mix one tbsp. of flour and water, make a little gravy paste,add to browned hamburger to make a gravy, add 1 tsp of gravy master for color.
Or you can add a can or two of tomato soup instead of gravy in the bottom of the casserole, condensed, out of the can, then add the hamburger, corn and mashed potatoes.
