2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic
dash of oregano,red pepper and garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well by hand in bowl. Fry in hot fat until cooked or bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 350º.
Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce and simmer, the longer the better.
