1 lb. pork ground
1 cup onion chopped
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg
Directions:

Mix beef and pork. Add rest of recipe. Form into cakes and fry in fat until brown.
