1 c. oats
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs ( beaten )
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Icing:
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick of butter
1 T. can milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together in order. Bake in a 13 x 9 pan for 25 minutes at 350º

Icing: Boil butter, sugar and milk one minute. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour icing over cake and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
