pint of half and half
milk
salt
pepper
hot sauce
Swiss cheese grated
1/4 cup dry wine
crab meat
bread crumbs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make a thin to medium white sauce, I use part milk and a pint of half and half. Season with salt, pepper and 3 to 4 drops of hot sauce.
Put in handful of grated Swiss cheese, keep tasting and add more cheese until its right. I use about 1/4 cup of dry wine at this point, stir in crab meat, put in casserole, top with fresh bread crumbs and a little butter. Heat in 350º oven until bubbly
