2 lb chuck roast
1 pkg Ranch mix
1 pkg zesty Italian mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ranch and Italian mixes with about 4 cups water. Pour over roast; add enough water to cover roast. Bake at 275º until roast is done and ready to fall apart. (Approximately 5-6 hours.)

Double or triple mixes for larger roast.

**Roaster oven preparation: Cook roast at 450º for one hour, then lower heat to 275º until done.
