2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt (scant tsp)
3 tsp baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together well (sift the flour first). Add buttermilk and oil. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Whisk or beat together well until creamy.

Spread thin on heated surface.
