4- 2" thick filets
Butter
McCormick steak seasoning
Adolphs Meat Tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Place cast iron skillet on top of range and turn on low. Melt 1 to 2 tbsp of butter in pan. Take filets and sprinkle Adolph's Meat Tenderizer and McCormick steak seasoning on each side of filets. Turn burners to high and put all 4 filets into pan. Sear on both sides and put pan in the oven at 350 to finish to desired doneness. Bake about 4 minutes for medium rare and 6 minutes for medium. Remove from pan to warm plate and tent with foil to rest for 5 minutes.
