1 lb. crabmeat
1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tsp prepared mustard
few dashes Worcestershire sauce
½ cup chopped green onion
¼ tsp cayenne (or more)
2 egg whites
1 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup mayonnaise
fresh black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except bread crumbs. Chill 30 minutes. Form 8 cakes, coat with crumbs, and bake about 12 minutes at 425˚F. Serves 4.

Note: Good with fresh tomato sauce or soy vinegar sauce.
