¾ tsp red pepper flakes
4-5 minced garlic cloves
1/3-1/2 lb. prosciutto sliced thin & julienned
1 ½ cup dry white wine
23 oz. can crushed tomatoes in heavy puree
½ tsp sugar (optional)
½ cup chopped fennel bulb (optional)
