2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
1 egg
3 or 4 drops of Worcestershire Sauce
1 large tomato sauce
onion
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
one package of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

Using a meat tenderizer, pound chicken, want it thin

In a bowl mix plain breadcrumbs,parm. cheese and a little salt and pepper. In a separate bowl beat egg and worcestershire sauce together. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs mixture. Brown chicken in oil. In separate pan, saute chopped onion, crushed garlic and oregano. Add tomato sauce, heat.

In a glass pan put a little sauce on bottom, then chicken cover chicken with sauce. Cook at 350º for 1/2 hour, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and cook until melted.
