4 cups chicken broth (2 tins + 1 tin water)
1 cup dry white wine
½ cup orzo
¼ cup lemon juice
dash hot pepper sauce
2 small carrots, julienned
2 green onions, sliced
8 very thin slices of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer orzo in broth and wine until al dente (about 15 minutes).
Stir in lemon juice, pepper sauce, onion, & carrots.
Simmer 2-3 minutes. Garnish with lemon.

Note: If you make this early in the day, the orzo gets soft & jelly-like, so mix everything else early, then add orzo and simmer ½ hour before serving.
