2 1/2 lbs. hamburger (lean)
2 lbs. of hot sausage (casing off)
Tomato sauce 2 to 3 large cans or 1 quart of whole tomatoes with some sauce
Onion and green pepper chopped
whole or how you prefer mushrooms
Chili Powder to taste
touch of crushed garlic
2 large cans of kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and sausage together with onion and green pepper. Drain oil. Then add chili powder, touch of cayenne pepper, crushed garlic,mushrooms and add water. Boil for 1/2 hour.

Then add rest of ingredients except kidney beans which add last two hours. Simmer all day on low heat.
