½ pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
2 cups low fat sour cream
½ - 1 cup chopped red onion
1 tin water chestnuts
1 pkg thawed, chopped spinach, drained
1 round sourdough loaf

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup mix, mayo, sour cream, onion,and water chestnuts in food processor.
Squeeze all excess liquid from thawed spinach and add.
Blend on high for 3-4 minutes, or until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
Hollow out the bread loaf and chop excess bread into bite-size chunks.
Pour the dip into the loaf and serve on a platter with the bread chunks surrounding the loaf. I often serve fresh veggies with this dip.
