Ingredients:  
1 cabbage (leafy) - Boil until leaves are easy to peel off
a little green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
One big can of tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown in frying pan- green pepper, onion and rice
Add rice mixture to uncooked 1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger
Mix with hands- Make ball- size of large meatball, loosely, roll with cabbage leaf,use toothpick to shut

In roasting pan, place rolled cabbage rolls and pour tomato juice over rolls, cover and bake for one hour at 350º.

If desired make a tomato paste mixture to serve over cabbage rolls, saute a little green pepper , add one large can of tomato paste and one large can of water. Mix and heat.
