1 lb. lima beans
1/4 lb. salt pork and some to top dish
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 10.5 oz. tomato soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bacon fat
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

2 tsp. salt
1 minced onion
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and wash beans. Add water to salt pork, cook slowly until tender, drain. Brown onions and garlic in fat. Add other ingredients, cook five minutes. Alternate beans and sauce in greased casserole, top with salt pork. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees.
