5 to 6 lbs. picnic ham
one medium cabbage
10 small to medium potatoes
2 small rutabaga
2 lbs. bag of carrots
chopped medium onion
20 to 30 fresh string beans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ham and onion, enough water to boil (1/2 pot) for 2 hours
Take ham out, de-bone it, put meat back in and add enough water to cook vegetables.
Add vegetables, first carrots and rutabaga, cook for 1/2 hour, then add cabbage and potatoes, string beans, cook until vegetables are done
