Lemon Jello gelatin - 2 pkgs
Marshmallows - 1/2 lbs.
Strawberry Jello gelatin - 2 pkgs
Canned Pineapple (crushed) - 1 can (Fresh pineapple will prevent the gelatin from setting)
Cream Cheese - 6 oz.
Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise) - 1/2 cup
Whipped Cream - 1 Cup
Boiling water - 5 cups (for dissolving the jello)

Directions:
Dissolve 2 pkgs. lemon Jello into 2 cups boiling water. Add 1/2 lb. marshmallows and let melt. Let cool til partially set.

Dissolve 2 pkgs. strawberry Jello in 3 cups boiling water. Add 1 can crushed pineapple and let cool.

Whip lemon Jello/marshmallow mixture. Add 6 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise) and 1 cup whipped cream. Pour into oiled mold and place in refrigerator to set.

Once the lemon Jello is set, pour the cooled strawberry Jello on top. Return to the refrigerator and let set.
