1 box (1lb) Ziti
1lb hamburger
1lb sweet or hot sausage
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
1 3 oz. can of tomato paste
chopped red pepper
chopped onion
3 or 4 cloves of chopped garlic
Italian seasoning (one shake)
Oregano (one shake)
Dry Basil (one shake)
Salt and Pepper

Mozzarella cheese (8oz.) Extra needed if want to put on top
Ricotta cheese (6oz.)
Parmesan cheese (4-8 oz.)
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, red pepper, hamburger and sausage. Add spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
Cook ziti as directed in package. drain ziti when done.
Mix cheese and eggs, add a little Oregano, Basil and Italian Seasoning to the cheese mixture. Add salt and pepper if wanted.
Mix ziti, meat sauce and cheese mixture in large baking pan or casserole dish.
Bake at 350º for 35- 45 minutes covered, uncover last 10 minutes and you can add some Mozzarella on top if desired.
