2 16 oz packages of semisweet chocolate chips
2 4 oz containers of heavy cream
2 cups boiling water or 3/4 c boiling water + 1/4 c Kahlua or Amaretto

Topping
1 4 oz container heavy cream
1/4 c sugar
Slivered almonds or sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 package of chips and 1 cup boiling water in blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add 1 container heavy cream. Blend.
Pour into decorative glass bowl.
Repeat with second package, cream and water.
Refrigerate until firm.

The liquors and water can be substituted for the cup of water.

Topping
Beat cold cream until frothy. Slowly add sugar and continue beating until soft peaks form.
Pile on top of firm mousse.
Decorate with sprinkles, slivered almonds or a maraschino cherry.
