2 cups flour
pinch of salt
8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup butter
favorite jam for filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, salt, cream cheese, and butter with pastry cutter or fork. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Divide dough into 4 balls.
3. Flour your rolling pin and counter. Roll dough out until thin and cut 3 inch squares.
4. Place a teaspoon of filling on each square. Fold over dough over filling to form triangle and seal edges.
5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 until edges are lightly browned.
6. Cool on cooling rack before storing.

My mother originally got this recipe from our neighbor Christy Luoma in 1973 and has made them pretty much every year since.
