1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup Eagle Brand Milk (sweetened condensed milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 quarts popcorn, popped
Melissa's changes: 1 full can Eagle Brand Milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, syrup together, bring to a boil.
Stir in cream and simmer to soft ball stage.
Add vanilla and popcorn.
Spread out on a cookie sheet to set and dry.

This recipe came from a United Church Ladies cookbook. Melissa first made this when she was 12 yrs old. 1983. It is a family favourite and we have come to welcome it as our Christmas gift each year.
