1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1 c. Ritz Crackers (crushed)
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Spoon half of cracker mixture into bottom of shallow 2 quart baking dish. Spread the diced, cooked chicken over the crumb mixture. Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper and pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
