Cake:
2 c. sugar
3 c. all purpose flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
3/4 c. oil

Icing:
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Cake:
Mix cake ingredients well. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350º for 30 minutes.

Icing:
Bring to hard boil for one minute, the pour over top of cake.

Sprinkle top with chopped pecans, (Optional)
