1 head of green cabbage
2 lbs. green apples
1/3 cup apple cider vingar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
2/3 cup olive oil (or greek yogurt for a creamier slaw)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
­Shred  the  cabbage  in  a  food  processor.
Slice  the  apples,thinly and leaving the skins
Toss the apple slices with lemon juice 
Add  the  sugar,  seasonings  and  combine  with  thecabbage and apples ­Add mayo to taste
