4 cups flour
6 eggs
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp parsley
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp black pepper (fine)

Preheat over to 350º F.

Prepared and cook meatball mixture as per Grandpa Errico Meatball Recipe - Spread into baking pan and cook at 350º until done - Let cool and breakup into small pieces.

Prepare sauce as per Grandpa Errico Sauce Recipe.

Prepare dough - Add flour, 4 eggs and cooking oil into food processor until dough forms a ball. Remove and add to floured cutting board. Cover the dough with a large plastic bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.

Prepare ricotta mixture - Mix together ricotta, 2 eggs, parsley, grated parmesan cheese and black pepper.

Run dough through pasta machine twice.

Measure 16" strips (or length of baking pan).

Add watered down sauce to bottom of lasagna plan.

Add pasta, spread ricotta mixture, add meat, mozzarella and grated cheese - Add more sauce.

Repeat for 3+ layers.

Bake at 350 º for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and let rest for 1 hour.
