Ingredients:  
3 garlic cloves - remove skin and chop
3 cans Italian peeled tomatoes (28 oz or 35 oz)
12 oz tomato paste
3 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp pepper (fine)
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 lb Italian cooked sausage (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown garlic in pot with cooking oil.

In blender, blend all 3 cans of Italian peeled tomatoes, then add to garlic. Add tomato paste and stir in spices.

Boil for 1 hour - stirring frequently.

Add a few meatballs and Italian sausage.

Reduce heat and simmer for another hour.

Add water as necessary to thin the sauce.
