Frozen/fresh bread dough
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
16 oz frozen chopped spinach or broccoli - thawed and drained (optional)
1 egg (Only used if you don't add spinach or broccoli
1 stick pepperoni - quartered
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º F.

Flatten dough into rectangular sheet pan.

Beat egg and add pepperoni. If using broccoli or spinach, omit the egg and add broccoli or spinach.

Pour egg mixture into center of flattened dough.

Add mozzarella cheese on top of egg mixture.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and add pepper to taste.

Fold one end of dough to the other end and "secure". Flip over.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
