2 C rhubarb, diced
1 C chopped apple
3 green onions, chopped
2 limes, juiced
2 T honey
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (wear gloves)
Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil and stir in rhubarb. Simmer for 2 minutes, drain and cool.

Stir all the rest of the ingredients together.

Store in fridge.
