3 medium oranges
2 lemons
1 1/2 C cold water
1 6 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 10 oz bottle ginger chunks in syrup
1/2 bottle (one envelope) Certo
Directions:
Directions:
Wash oranges and lemons. Slice paperthin. Put in large pot. Add water. Bring to boil then cover, simmer about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Drain ginger (save syrup) and chop fine. Add sugar, chopped ginger, ginger syrup and chopped cherries to orange/lemons. Bring to full boil. Boil one minute. Remove from heat. Add Certo. Stir and skim foam for five minutes. Bottle.
