1/2 loaf sourdough multi-grain bread
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup uncooked wheatberries
15-20 fresh sage leaves, minced (I just use dried)
4 stalks celery, diced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb fresh wild mushrooms, sliced (omit for George?)
2 3/4 cups vegetable broth
pinch salt
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 cup fresh chestnuts, chopped
1 or 1/2 pomegranate, or pre-packaged seeds

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Stuff into turkey or other meat, or bake separately for a vegetarian version.
